Common questions
How do I get started?
Install the GMerge Chrome extension, open Gmail, click Connect Gmail (or Connect from the extension popup), then use “New mail merge” in your inbox to create a campaign.
Where do emails send from?
Through your own Gmail account via the Gmail API—not a shared GMerge mailbox.
How do merge tags work?
Use placeholders like {{FirstName}} or {{Company}} in the subject or body. Column names from your CSV become available tags. Preview shows the first recipient.
The extension says Not connected
Sign in at www.gmerge.co, confirm the popup API URL is https://www.gmerge.co, then click Refresh. Reload the extension after updates.
How do I manage billing?
Open the Dashboard → Billing, or visit /dashboard/billing while signed in.
How do I disconnect or delete my data?
Sign out from GMerge, revoke access in your Google Account security settings, and uninstall the extension. Email us to request account/data deletion.
